I don’t normally leave reviews, but our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of traumatizing. My family and I were in town for a wedding and, unfortunately, this was one of the only hotels with availability. Now I understand why.
From the moment we stepped into our room, we were hit with a heavy, muggy atmosphere and poor ventilation. It felt dirty and neglected. The bathroom was the worst of all—mold on the ceiling and around the bathtub area, posing a serious health risk. My son, who suffers from severe asthma, had a triggered episode due to the conditions in the room. This is beyond unacceptable.
When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the only response I received was, “We just took over the property 30 days ago.” No offer to make things right, no accountability, no compassion—just excuses.
As if that wasn’t enough, we ended up experiencing food poisoning from the complimentary breakfast the next morning. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a complete violation of basic health and safety standards.
This property should not be open to the public until it undergoes a full inspection and renovation. It is a hazard to guests and a stain on the hospitality industry. Avoid this place at all costs.
