I had a terrible experience from the beginning of my stay, the experience has fallen significantly below what was advertised and expected:
On Thursday, I reported a sparking microwave, which posed a clear safety hazard. I was told maintenance would address it that day, but no one ever showed up, and there was no follow-up or courtesy call. My mother-in-law stayed in the room specifically to ensure the issue was handled, which disrupted her plans — and still, the appliance was never fixed. The front desk later admitted that maintenance was out sick and no replacement microwave was available. They said it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday — after our checkout. As if that weren’t enough, I also discovered a cockroach in the room, raising serious hygiene concerns, especially since the room includes a kitchen. And not once did they clean our room and I stayed a week. These issues — a lack of timely response, unaddressed safety hazards, and unsanitary conditions — are a violation of the advertised amenities and basic guest expectations. For the rate paid, this is not acceptable.
