Room ok, service bad
The cleanliness and facilities of hotel room were OK. The corridor had a heavy smell and lasted for a few days. The counter service was not good. When checking in at night, there were three groups of guests waiting for the counter staff to appear, waiting for more than 15 minutes. During breakfast time, we found most supplied food was gone and asked them to refill some. Their reaction was very cold. The housing had a simple kitchenware, but the quality of the pot was very bad.

Awful experience
During our first night, we couldn't sleep because the tenant(s) in the upstairs room kept walking back and forth and dropping items on the floor between midnight and 5:00 a.m. The noise was unbearable so we decided to leave the next morning even though we had booked a 3-night stay.

Rayna the lady up front she was very negative and so racist. We got in and then shoot was at the back on the phone and she heard us calling for assistance at the front desk. The moment she came out, she just mentioned that I can't assist you and I'm not going to help you. You do not have a room available you have to check in later on at 3 PM. She also mentioned that why were you calling out for me? and yelling obviously I'm gonna come out I. She came out after a very long time we were waiting and she was just right at the laundry room where it's not even far away from the front desk. That whole night we were not able to get a room at South because she did not want to check us in. She did not even look at the tablet or comput to check for her name on the reservation list and she called security to take us out because were giving her some trouble as she mentioned. Security and the funny part was the security guy was actually agreeing with us and seeing that we're not there any bad terms or conditions but we just wanted a room that we had reserved. Reservation to help me rebook another reservation and I got charged twice for a room that I did not even stay at. The reservation was made and the lady there Ramona she was very nice. When we went there, we also did tell her about our situation, she did show us that our reservation was there and did walk back With us to to talk to Ryna Unfortunately, Ria refused to serve us and she just told Ramona to go back and do her laundry.
