There was only one, recently hired, clerk at check-in, who was in the about the twelfth hour of a double shift. They tried to be helpful, but there seemed to be system issues and multiple reservation errors with which they were trying to deal.
The reservation was for one queen sized bed and we got one with two double beds. Given the confusion (not the clerk's fault) at the front desk it did not seem to be the effort to try and get the error corrected.
Beyond that, the TV remote didn't work, with no replacement available, and the heater had to be shut off to keep it from putting out heat beyond the level set all night.
