We stayed here for 3 nights for a family of four. In the first night, we were given rooms on the first floor. I can’t sleep well with the noise from the street as it was loud. I bought it up to Sara, the front desk staff and she kindly offer to put us all to the higher floor. I appreciate her kind gesture and she made a difference in my stay as well and I respected her sincerity and professionalism. On the other hand, things that I think needs improvement is the lobby. The lobby does not give the vibes of cleanliness and up to date. I fact, I would think the room is much better in term of design and comfort. Overall, I still had a comfortable stay.

It was a great stay. It's a bit farther from the city center, but there is a tram stop nearby. The tram goes to the city center and many sightseeing spots.

Séjour Séville très agréable
Bel hôtel 4*. Tram et bus en bas de l'hôtel. Personnel tres aimable et avenant. Chambre très agréable et lumineuse. Grand lit très confortable, grande télévision. Salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne. Accessoires de salle de bain bien fournis. Comme beaucoup d'hôtels, une VMC manque. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. L'hôtel se situe à 15 minutes à pied de la place d'Espagne, 25 minutes de la cathédrale et la Giralda et idem pour l'Alcazar. Séville est une grande ville mais qui se fait très, très bien à pied, pour ceux qui aiment marcher. C'est à pied qu'on peut voir le maximum de choses et Séville est remplie de belles choses. Un parking est tenant a l'hôtel permettant de laisser sa voiture en sécurité pour un prix correct (54€ pour 4 jours) Je recommande

We had a great at this hotel. Everything looks new and clean. It’s not so close to the church but the metro station is just cross the street. Driving is about 10-15 minutes.

The only thing you should change are the times of the breakfast. 7.30/8.00 is much too late. There are trains and tourist attractions to catch - and I couldn’t eat the “alternative” lunch bag because of food intolerances. And your breakfast (and restaurant) was of very good quality and choices.

Good hotel for visiting Sevilla. Only 3 tram stops away of the old city center. Opposite of the hotel is the tram stop, bus stop and train. Also shuttle bus to the airport for 5 euro. Hotel itself has great breakfast with a good variety from bread, croissants to yoghurts and fruit. Coffiee is fine and they have fresh orange juice. Friendly and helpfull staff who speaks english. Keep your window closed as it can be noisy and matrass was for my back reasonable. Clean and good bathroom. Hardly no english channels on the TV.

The front desk staff were so helpful with recommendations for places to eat not only in Seville but also in Granada...our next stop on our trip. Buffet breakfast was very good. They delivered a tea kettle to my room after I commented on not having one.

I was assigned to a room with a disability toilet!
I was totally shocked when i found out that hotel assigned me a room with a disability toilet! I double checked my booking and I reflected to front desk that we dont book for such room type and we dont need it... we asked for a regular room but hotel replied they were fully booked! This was totally disrespectful to me, and to those who actually could use the room for real.
