Staff were brilliant, lobby and communal areas were lovely. Overall a good stay and would stay again. The room was nice and cool with a comfy, clean bed and a good TV. On a small note, For what we paid for the room (£115 midweek) i would have expected a little bit more from the room. It was in need of some repair, peeling paint, cracks in ceiling, marks on walls, the shower screen was broken, and the sealant in the bathroom was mouldy.

The location was good and in close walking distance to the town centre and the Motor point Arena. The hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly. We opted to eat out of the hotel so can't comment on what they have on offer beyond basic amenities.

The room was clean, the tea/coffee station was well stocked, Only let down was the lack of space around bed-which was about 6 inches each side resulting in a lot of leg banging on wall when getting in and out bed, also the pillows were very uncomfortable so I used my neck pillow instead The breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good location. However: the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, I have never experienced that on any hotel before. Springs were missing, there were two hard, uncomfortable metal rods pressing into my back when I tried to sleep on the sofa bed. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor because there was no spare mattress available. You need to replace it with a new sofa bed, this was not ok.

Was just a little odd to have arrived at 2:07pm (check in from 2pm) and be told they needed to check the room was ready. I said surely it should be check in is from 2pm and she said well yes but sometimes because of people leaving late ect... it wasnt an issue in the end as the room was ready but the main reason we had booked this accomadation was the 2pm check in as we needed to be ready and out just after 4pm
