Disappointing
Abit of a disappointment!
Postives:
Friendly service
Decent size rooms, bathroom was big.
In a good location
Superior rooms come with lovely sea view
Comfy beds
Negatives:
Cleanliness was lacking! Smears down side of wardrobe, bathroom with mould, although the seaview was lovely the outside of windows were so dirty you couldnt see out very well. We found a beer bottle lid on the floor as soon as we walked in, so it was obviously not cleaned well between customers!
The restaurant is very expensive compared to the quality of the food, would recommend if you do stay you eat elsewhere.
Dated decor, paintwork chipped on walls.
Just overall feels like this hotel is trying to be something its not! Due to the dirty scruffy feel we would not recommend and unfortunately wouldnt stay again, which is disappointing due to its close location to beach, town and cliff pavillion
