Guests deserve better

I chose this hotel because it was near the airport and I trust the Days Inn and Wyndham brand. However, there seemed to be a lack of care for the comfort of guests. The bed looked clean with white sheets but I quickly noticed that there were food stains on the sheets. As I inspected further amd pulled the top sheet down, I could see dirt from the last guest's feet at the foot of the bed. It was very late and I had an early flight so I slept in my clothes on top of the hed. Also, the curtain did not close completely allowing someone outside to look in. The bathroom and room did not look thoroughly cleaned.

Poorly cleaned, budget hotel.

Limited choice (expected for the type of hotel) - continental. The room - poorly cleaned. Dirty and sticky floor, dresser propped with cardboard, so many to list. Just dirty. Surrounding area is sketchy - a cop was on site at the time of arrival. The smell of marijuana was almost everywhere. I did not know what to expect. But again, this is a cheap hotel.

I have no idea what is going on with the Wvndam brand. My family,(which is huge) is saying the same thing. I also do not understand why Hotels.com would advertise such a place. If you consider apples, white bread and begging for coffee breakfast...then this is the place for you. They do not provide even small dressers for clothing, the linens and towels are stained, in addition lighting is faulty. This is a place they house people who have experienced fire. You won't feel safe.

We were passing through and needed to find a place to stay overnight. The room was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for. The floor and bedding were dirty, and the security latch at the top of the door was broken. We definitely didn't feel the safest and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Check in was quick but I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst. I’m demanding a refund.

First off…the whole complex was filthy. Rugs dirty. Guests outside all night…loud. Roaches. None of the electric outlets worked. A dead rat was outside my door. Garbage and unkept linen was in the hallway. Continental breakfast was frozen waffles with a broken toaster. The coffee and bed was the only highlight. I’m going to inquire for a partial to full refund. I do believe I’ve carried some roaches home with me.

The advertising pictures far from reality a No Go

The advertising pictures is far from reality. Example ( You asked for a Mercedes but instead you get a Geo metro car) Environment and safety is Not everyone's view. Refund is a battle and therefore I checked out next day quickly.

Disappointed

I've stayed here before, but this stay was very uncomfortable. The bed duvet had stains and was dirty. If the top sheet dirty the bottoms must be. Slept with clothes on. Microwave was filthy on inside. Nasty pillows, very cheap, old, disgusting looking. I will never again. When you try to save money you waste money. Also, towels and face clothes hard and old. Again, I've stayed here 3 times in past the room was cleaner and I actually slept under the cover. Get new clean staff.
