Room is wonderful. Maybe the best mattress is all of France! Great dinner in the Brasserie. The hotel is very tired and needs an update, but the room and restaurant are really great.

Weird, sad place

A very strange hotel. On paper looks fantastic but was actually very tired and seemed quite empty. It is an ambitious hotel development gone wrong. One or two wings were closed almost falling down. The pool was closed. I don’t recommend the breakfast. Everything was shut by 10pm.

Super accueil, par contre je trouve la chambre un peu vétuste par endroits on parle d’une chambre affiché au prix de 299€ ils pourraient faire quelques travaux ça ne serait pas du luxe. Par contre le confort du lit est extra, petit bémol la climatisation… inutile, mais le réceptionniste nous a gentiment amené un ventilateur.

Espaces extérieurs et installations L’état général de la propriété ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées sur votre site internet. Les jardins et le parcours de golf manquent manifestement d’entretien : haies non taillées, fairways à l’abandon, peintures extérieures défraîchies. La piscine extérieure était fermée durant notre séjour, nous privant ainsi d’un équipement essentiel. Installations aquatiques et bien-être Concernant la piscine intérieure, l’eau était froide et aucune serviette n’était mise à disposition. Le sauna et le hammam étaient également fermés. À l’extérieur, seulement dix chaises longues étaient disponibles, la plupart étant constamment occupées. Restauration et services Seule la brasserie était ouverte, proposant un menu unique sans alternative, avec de nombreux vins indisponibles. L’autre restaurant et bar étaient fermés, ce qui est difficilement acceptable en pleine saison touristique. Le dimanche, lors de notre commande de cocktails pour cinq personnes, nous avons appris qu’il n’y avait même plus de cacahuètes , la prochaine livraison étant prévue le lundi, absolument ridicule. Hébergement Notre chambre 105 présentait un état vétuste. La salle de bain nécessite une rénovation urgente : présence de moisissures sur la baignoire, évacuation défaillante du lavabo et de la baignoire, douche fonctionnant mal en raison d’un robinet défectueux.( voir photos). Restauration Les dîners pour notre groupe (11 personnes le vendredi, 9 le dimanche) ont été

Je reviendrai à coup sûr dans ce lieu exceptionnel

Le lieu est très joli, dans un cadre verdoyant très agréable et plutôt chic et le service ainsi que les équipements sont largement à la hauteur. C'est un lieu qui a tout pour plaire. Le restaurant est un peu cher surtout pour la quantité servie, même si la qualité des aliments et le goût ne sont pas remis en question. Adresse mise en favoris pour une prochaine ! 😉

Great value in the Medoc

Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great. The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them.

L'hôtel est situé au calme dans la campagne médocaine avec un golf. Extérieurement l'hotel est en mauvais état et a besoin d'une importante rénovation. Idem pour les espaces verts. Intérieurement l'hotel est en bon état même si la déco année 80 avec moquette au sol est à revoir. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bains et wc séparé, le tout en bon état et propre. La cuisine de la brasserie est décevante et pas en accord avec le prix 39 euros pour un menu carte +vin en sus. Le personnel de l'hôtel et de la brasserie est accueillant et sympathique. En résumé l'hôtel brasserie a un bel emplacement, mais nécessite d'importants travaux.

bel édifice mais malheureusement laisser à l'abandon par les gérants semble-t'il : l'état de propreté des fenêtres est déplorable (baies vitrées des couloirs, fenetres des chambres, rembardes vitrées des terrasses...), espace vert de la piscine extérieure non entretenu, vraiment besoin d'un rénovation extérieure des batiments...

Dommage pour le service.

Bel établissement. Literie confortable Amenities de qualité, mini-bar, bouteilles d’eau offertes. Cependant, grosse déception sur la partie service, et notamment food&beverages: - le restaurant ne reçoit pas après 21:00, quel que soit le jour de la semaine. - pas de table pour dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel si on n’a pas réservé (compte tenu de l’isolement du lieu, c’est très problématique). Et bien qu’on m’ait dit au moment du check-out, que c’était une erreur, nous nous sommes quand même retrouvés à devoir rouler 20km aller et 20km retour pour manger de la nourriture de food-truck… Voilà ça fait un peu tâche, et forcément, ça altère sérieusement mon appréciation sur mon séjour.
