My worst experience ever!
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings!
No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in!
The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back. I had to walk at least 3-4m to get to the front desk for a very simple question regarding their spa facility! No comparison whatsoever to the MERCURE chain hotel in Germany! Breakfast is not good too! Anyway, would never be back again! Will make a serious complain to C.S. after return.
