Great location in the middle of the old city. Luckily good sound barriers since this is the busiest and noisest part of town, and I mean all night. Lovely room with the only complaint being poor air circulation so was way too hot .

It is a great location and a super comfortable hotel to walk around the main streets of Madrid. I highly recommend for low-budget trips. The room was neat and clean, the amenities worked just fine. The staff even lent me a European adapter to charge my phone. The rooms are a little rough around the edges, but overall, they are pretty good.

Very noise from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m. if you are in the 4th floor, because the restaurant is in the 5th floor. Mattress very soft & uncomfortable. Suggest a remodulation for better guest comfort
