Solo Summer 2025

This was my first solo trip abroad and it was an amazing experience. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and warm. The hospitality was not like anyone I had experienced before. I was always greeted be it verbally or non-verbally with smiles and nods. The staff makes the resort. I was slightly disappointed with the dining experience. There should be at least one restaurant on site serving authentic Caribbean cuisine. However, that does not take away from my overall experience. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and very comfortable on the resort.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was wonderful... clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurants that required reservations also had a very good menu and catered to my food intolerances. The beach around the rooms is not really good for swimming, due to the rocks, but after a few minutes of walking we were at the Divi and could enjoy all the facilities with chairs, palapas, food, etc. And the beach was wonderful. When we were feeling lazy, we could easily take the shuttle that runs between the two hotels. I saw some negative reviews before traveling and was worried, but I can only make positive comments about our time. We loved it and will definitely be back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! It was incredibly family-friendly, the drinks were on point, and the food was delicious. The true oceanfront rooms are a rare find and made our experience even more special. Traveling with our 2-year-old, having the beach right in front of our room was a huge plus—super convenient and perfect for quick trips back and forth. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my wife and I's second time staying at the Tamarijn The Pros: - The view from the room is incredible - The drinks were delicious. Good pour from the bartenders - The staff was kind and respectful - The amount of chairs to sit by the water is one of the best benefits. You can always find a spot to relax and be near the ocean - They have plenty of pools you can access, which give you options to sit by the pool as well - The restaurant food was really good. It's not 5 star Michelin, but it was tasty The Cons: - The buffet food, as expected, wasn't great. It's fine, but nothing special. Which again, as expected at a place like this One note that isn't good or bad - The crowd is very mixed. There are some young people there to party, some there with family, some on honeymoons or romantic vacations. I only say this for someone to know what to expect. A bit of everything.

Stay was just ok. Had higher expectations based on reviews. Place is definitely dated. Towel policy was absurd. There was only one towel hut we could use and it was a half mile from our room. They refused to give you a towel unless you turned in a dirty one. Food was just ok. Drinks were very cheap booze. No entertainment at all. Lot of traffic noise day and night. We could use the pool at the divi village which was only sever feet from our building but couldn’t get a towel, drink or food there. Overall they didn’t leave a great impression and certainly wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The Tamarjin all in clue I’ve is a beautiful property. The views are amazing and the beach at the Divi was divine. The restaurants were ok. Our favorite inclusive restaurant was club Margot. We also went to Fusion Piano And Wine Bar which was an amazing meal with live entertainment and within walking distance. The rooms are outdated and I wish they had more restaurant choices. Reservations were hard to come by. Overall I would def recommend.

We loved the freedom to go back and forth with the Divi property. Was disappointed that the beach was so rocky even at the Divi walking in to the ocean with the shells and pebbles.
