Bravo pour tout - staff pro et chaleureux - propreté irréprochable - quelques points d'amélioration mais minimes. En revanche le coté eco-responsable est très pénible : sous réserve de préserver la planète il faut marcher pieds nus car l'hotel ne délivre plus de mules jetables ni de bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres, il faut aller remplir une gourde dans le couloir à une fontaine, attention en cas de soif à ne pas oublier sa carte d'accès en sortant en pleine nuit, les portes sont rapides à claquer... l'ecologie ok mais attention aux limites...

Bien qu avec le passage du cyclone , piscine non utilisable , pas d eau pour douche , wc … un tarif spécial aurait pu être proposé ! De même pas de bouteille d eau à dispo dans la chambre … obligé de remplir des bouteilles vides de l eau de la piscine … et pas d eau potable à boire ( fontaine à eau distributeur inop ) ….mais personnel sympa et a l écoute … chambre confortable pour se reposer … à 12 min en voiture de l aéroport

There was a beautiful view over St.Denis and the ocean from the hotel that we really enjoyed. The staff was very serviceminded and friendly. The rooms had a unique interior design.

Très belle vue sur l Océan.Très belle piscine et solarium. Dommage que des personnes se sentent obligés de venir à côté de vous et d être bruyantes alors que presque tous les transats etaient disponibles. Je garde cette adresse si besoin pour un départ matinal ou arrivée tardive à l aéroport. Ma chambre était agréable, le cocktail de bienvenue est un plus.

Un super établissement toutefois un service au bar catastrophique. Un samedi apres-midi dans l'incapacité de servir un mojito simple par manque de.menthe.... ou même une pinacolada, plus ou pas de skaking pourtant proposé a la carte hormis des bouchons ou un panini pas chaud qu il a fallu attendre 30 min. Un personnel de bar completement débordé par les 10 clients accoudés dans l attente d etre servi. Dommage pour un hotel 4 étoiles. A part le bar tout le reste est simplement top.

Recht große Hotelanlage oberhalb der Innenstadt, etwas wenige Parkplätze für die Anzahl der Zimmer, unser Zimmer hatte offensichtlich einen Wasserschaden und hat daher sehr stark gerochen, auf Anfrage wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

L'hôtel en général est tres bien. Seulement les services du bar sont à revoir. Nous sommes restés 15 minutes à attendre un barman qui est passé 5 fois à la table voisine sans nous voir. On a dû aller faire nôtre commande au bar nous mêmes.
