The location was excellent to the center of Ixtapa and the beach. The resort was noisy at night and we had difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was good. I think we are not resort people and probably should not be staying at an all inclusive tesort.

The hotel is well located in Ixtapa. The food was excellent. We decided to switch hotels to go to another beach (without as many motorized vehicles running in the sea - not under control of the hotel) and they supported us a 100 percent. Madame Keyla y Mister Manriquez were very helpful with Expedia. They also received our comments and took them very seriously and respectfully. The hotel is nice, the service is excellent everywhere. We were just not aware the hotel would have so many kids in the pool and thus we decided to move somewhere else quieter, we were just 2 adults. Excellent option if you have kids. I would recommend it to my friends.

Staff here is very nice and healthful. The guests here are very nice too. We had no hot water to shower with the entire stay. However, the water in the sink was boiling hot. AC went out once. Water shut off for a few hours. The pool at this hotel is beyond gross. They do not clean it. Sand is at the bottom. Paper floats in the pool. Leaves. Trash debris. I swear I had the dry heaves the last day here. The pool I think has no filters or system to clean it. And the pool guys are not cleaning this pool each day, it is not up to American/Canadian standards for sure.

La habitación que nos asignaron a la llegada tenía un nido de termitas y pedimos nos cambiaran en la nueva habitación la regadera estaba tapada y pedimos que la destaparan, en cuestión de los alimentos no varían los menús y no hay mucha variedad en el bufete, las cenas en restaurantes de especialidades están aceptables El ceviche y aguachile son excelentes Los snacks de alberca dicen tener variedad pero no es así pues solo tienen hamburguesas hot dogs papas francesa y papas gajo nachos Aplaudo que la comida de snacks sea en un área específica Felicidades a los animadores en la alberca ! En la playa es muy desagradable que solo estén apartados los camastros y no esté nadie y nunca se pueden ocupar para lo que son Salvavidas súper bien ! Están muy atentos en todo momento
