This was my second stay at this hotel. The architecture is beautiful. The hotel grounds are very wooded, extremely beautiful, and are next to the Tlaquepaque Gallery (full of attractions and restaurants). Unfortunately, my wife said she no longer wants to return to this hotel. We booked a room for 3 (double bed and sofa bed). We asked for the sofa bed to be prepared so our son could sleep (setting up the sofa seemed complicated, as did putting the bedding) and the response was: "Preparing the bed is the guest's responsibility!" Interestingly, the first time we stayed, we made the same request, and it was immediately provided. This time, the staff member came to our room and simply unfolded the sofa, without preparing the bed. I've never seen that happen! And we've visited many countries!
