Great looking rooms and reasonably priced. Love the fact that it was downtown close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment areas all within walking distance.

Chemical Sensitivities Beware.
Very quiet due to covid restrictions. A broken tv couldn't be fixed but we were given the option of moving to another suite. Older, but well kept. No covid breakfast. Note to mold avoiders: not great. Barely made it through one night. I wish this problem would gain some traction in the hotel industry!

Ad says breakfast available...NOT. Doesn't mention that you are charged $10 extra per day for parking.After second day of no room service, I contacted desk and was told put used towels in hall...which I did. Cart was two doors down...they took towels...never returned with clean towels!

The parking was pay-for, and the machine kept eating my pre-paid card. Then when I asked for service, I got the run around between the parking attendant and the hotel. Additionally, while the bed was very comfortable, the rooms were small, and everything felt and looked old.

The parking is an additional cost. The ticket I paid for was for my entire trip. Half-way through the trip the card read invalid, the concierge was nice, but the directive to push the call button was not helpful and then the machine ate the card. So I pushed the "service" button. They stated, "deal with the hotel". The hotel stated "deal with the ticket machine support". I was working and didn't have time to deal with this! It was very frustrating. Additionally, the shower head was pulled away from the wall, and the room was small.
