Very nice property very nice views. Staff are very friendly and polite. We encountered some problems at the beginning with our room, but that’s a given every time you book with Expedia, you always get the worst room possible. After speaking to them, they moved us to a better room after a few hours. The biggest problem we encountered was we had an early checkout so when we went downstairs to settle, we were told that our bill is approximately over €400 and I knew we had some dry cleaning so without hesitation we paid it. On our way to the airport we realized that they quadruple charged us on everything. We contacted them from the airport they apologized. We got some of the money back. We’re still waiting for the other part to be paid back. I do recommend this hotel and I also recommend to check your bill whether you order room service or dry cleaning or you eat at the restaurant before you leave.
