We called in advance to confirm the pool/water park would be open and was assured that the outdoor pool was open but the indoor was closed for construction. Upon arrival, we were told that the pool was closed for a special function - outdoor cinema and that it would be $25/person, to float in a tube and watch a movie. So we did not have access to the pool. They also use pictures of the nordic spa (extra cost) to advertise the pool area, instead of the actual pool area itself.

We stayed for the night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was excellent! The hotel made a very thoughtful gesture of giving desserts- sending it to our room and giving it to us in our dinner! The hotel has good facilities for both family and just to relax for a short getaway!

Easy to stay, easy to rest

We, with my girlfriend, enjoyed to stay at the hotel. And we also liked check-in, Valentina met us well, and then told us a lot of good information about everything what we asked related to hotel.

Luxury hotel in the wilderness with all of the amenities including an indoor/outdoor hot tub and water slides was perfect for our young family and zero pretence from staff! Loved it and will return next year!
