Rundown
Bed was comfortable & shower was hot but that was about it for the plus side. Sheets were stained & ripped, they definitely need to replace them. Definitely an older property in need of updating. Shuttle service out was ok, never could get anyone to answer prior to arrival to ask about airport pickup though so we just ubered instead. Seems it was the better option anyways after reading other reviews. No food options close by either unless you have a car so we did door dash. Seems most just stay here as a layover, probably not much repeat business.

The breakfast selection was terrible , the coffee tasted like water instead of coffee , the rooms were never cleaned , and we were told we had to ask for request to clean, but when we checked in we weren’t told. Rooms were dirty and carpets . We booked 2 rooms and one of them didn’t have toilet paper . Last time we go there

Great hotel. Well above expectations!!!
We chose this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle. When calling the hotel, they claimed the shuttle came every 25 minutes. We waited almost an hour and a half, although the hotel claimed that the shuttle was there every 25 minutes. It wasn't. No point in arguing with the two guys at reception, because they were adamant. We may be old, but not stupid nor blind! Except for that, we were VERY PLEASED with the hotel. Swift check-in, nice spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a living room, both with working TVs. Coffee maker was working great and well stocked. Specious bathroom and plenty of soft towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. We got there a bit late, and hungry. They had menus of a few restaurants that deliver. We chose the Chinese restaurant, and they were fast and good tasting food. The hotel's free breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and everything else you'd expect from a good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was punctual, with a very nice driver. This would have been a 5-star review, if it wasn't for the extremely frustrating wait for the shuttle from the hotel!

This was just an over night stay. It needs some updating, but it was clean with a comfortable bed. The shuttle to the airport was convenient, make sure you schedule your time when you check in. I didn’t try the breakfast but looked like the usually, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juices. Only issue was they didn’t answer the phone when I called before I got there. I was trying to get a shuttle ride from the airport, I had a late arrival, ended up having to Lyft it. When I mentioned it the guy said they have been answering phones. For what I was there for, this place was ok.

This hotel was HORRIBLE I had to wait by the airport for 45 minutes after calling the hotel 3 times and informing them that I’m by courtesy vans section waiting for transportation. Upon arriving to the hotel, the driver couldn’t even open the back of the van because it was stuck after a view hard bangs the door finally opened. Checked in and arrived to the room the ac was off up until checkout the ac wasn’t working we spent 4 hours in this room and couldn’t take it anymore. The bed linen and towels was dirty had markings on them, the bathroom had an awful scent. After contacting front desk and informing them they informed me that they are fully booked so we can’t change rooms and they’d work on me getting a partial refund when the manager comes in at 10am up to now I have yet to get my partial refund from them. This was my worst hotel experience so far. Would never be staying here again. Staff wasn’t even helpful or friendly.

Nothing good to say about this property, a bug dropped out of the bath mat when I moved it from the tub to the ground, had tiny black bugs on a pillow, hotel is old and dated, coffee in the lobby tasted like it was made from mop water, breakfast was depressing to say the least, staff at the desk were rude........one of them smelled as if he doesn't know what deodorant is, lastly on Sunday @10pm there is a random child who seemed to be the child of the hotel cleaning staff randomly playing in the halls running around with a plastic vacuum, the next day I see the same child sitting on the hotel cleaning cart with a phone while the parent is cleaning the rooms. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend ever.
