DO NOT RECCOMEND

I booked a hotel that was supposed to have had an indoor swimming pool but the one we stayed in did not have any amenities. Then to be charged an additional $5 a day to park our vehicle on the property is absurd! And the excuse I got was, "Well we are close to the airport." That's B.S.! Where I live, we have a major airport and the hotels close to it don't charge for people to park their own vehicles on the property. The service was mediocre and average. I could not get a receipt printed at checkout as I was told I would get one emailed to me. I will NEVER EVER stay here again!

Not in a great location, limited parking, front desk worker was absolutely the best part of the experience. I checked in, paid for parking, went to elevator and immediately noticed how dirty the building was and a musty smell. Get off on the 5th floor and the smell of weed was atrocious. We had the last room and could still smell it in our room. Walked into our room and it was 78 degrees, turned the air on and the AC was clunking so loud we couldn’t have a conversation. Went back to the front desk and got a refund so we could stay elsewhere.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel is they have added pay to park per day. What is the purpose of paying to park. Just about everyone drives no one is walking to a hotel. Are you trying to ween out a particular population/group of individual?

This was a decent hotel for the price. Construction out front was a pain and the $5 per night to park was ridiculous. The room itself was clean and nice, very comfortable. The hallways walls and carpet was looking tired, scraped and worn. Most likely will not stay again due to parking fee. Money grab was not cool.

Terrible review

This hotel was terrible. Upon check in the person at the desk did not know what to do. I was assigned room 414, upon entering the room . The bed was unmade and there was black mold on the wall. My husband went up with me to help get me settled. The elevator did not come up to the 4th floor. He had to carry my suitcase down to the 3rd floor to get the elevator down. Once down I was told that I was to be put in room 411. They knew of the black mold.I am sorry to say I will not book this hotel again and tell my friends and family about it. HopefullY Hotels.com will take care of this situation.

Why a 5$ per day charge for parking? Nickel and dimeing your guests. No security and the parking lot is mediocre. I’m a patron of raddison not a person taking up space that I’m not paying for already with my room stay. Insulting. There is nothing around the hotel that would hamper patron parking.

Good front desk experience. 24 hour shuttle from airport was prompt. Hotel is very tired. Rooms are quite shabby. Missing molding, scratched walls, failing windows. Very dingy. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Usual nice morning breakfast. Would not stay here again unless hotel is updated.

Horrible stay.

This hotel is in horrible condition. They only positive aspect was the person who check us in. She changed and upgraded our room after we found a blood stain on the sheets in the original one. Floors were dirty in the second room and the pillows are horrible.
