Check-in was fine, the King Suite room was spacious and clean, but (1) AC unit had large metal parts on floor that were broken off, (2) the bathtub drained very slowly after a brief shower, (3) the breakfast waffles were cold, (4) the breakfast eggs were under cooked, (5) and few food selections in lobby market kiosk. Over all not bad for a short stay.

Pésimo en todo sentido. Estuve alojado aquí hace años y era otra experiencia. Hoy en día es pésimo, parece que estuviera abandonado. Lo peor de todo el desayuno, y sobre todo EL TRATO DE EL PERSONAL ES LAMENTABLE. Era un lindo hotel, pero ya no volveré.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have stayed at this hotel about 5 times already and I have always had a great experience. However, I am not sure if they have had a mass staff decrease since my last visit but my stay was absolutely horrendous. We changed rooms FOUR TIMES, and after the fourth room we were so frustrated that we just decided to deal with it. The first room was completely filthy, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Second room, filthy and the tub faucet completely shot out at us while we tried to shower and refused to drain the water. We reported the matter to front desk and no one ever came. Third room had roaches. Fourth room had used toilet paper on the bathroom floor and the AC was not working. I will never stay here again. stay at your own risk. They told us that the rooms are cleaned every three days.

Love this Hotel!

We always enjoy our stay at Comfort Suites. I have been coming to this hotel one a month for the last 4 years. The kids enjoy the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there has been some changes in the breakfast such as a limited variety, broken toasters, etc. This could be to avoid the expense of people wasting food which I totally understand. Regardless of the breakfast, my family and I always look forward to staying here. The staff is always nice and courteous.

Family weekend

Over all we had a very nice stay with the family. Great location next to Old Town and Fun Spot! The free breakfast was decent had something for everyone. We had a few problems with our room keys working but staff was very helpful with replacing them. Also only had 3 towels for 4 people but service staff was very willing to get us more and even come around on our 2nd day asking if we needed more towels or anything else! Over all we had a very nice stay!

Very disappointed

We have stayed here before it was a great place to come but now definitely it's not the same things are worn out carpets were dirty breakfast was horrible same thing twice in a row the toaster didn't even work the cereal dispenser falling apart you couldn't even get the cereal out fruits a couple of oranges only bread and that was it and you couldn't even toast it definitely they need to fix this problem it's a shame what a great location and it looks run down

Decepção

Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei neste hotel e, infelizmente, a pior de todas. A localização continua sendo excelente, próxima aos parques e atrações, mas isso não compensa a falta de cuidado com a estrutura e o atendimento. • Limpeza: Elevadores sujos, piso desgastado, corredores com carpetes imundos, paredes e portas das suítes danificadas. • Arrumação: O quarto não é limpo diariamente. Descobrimos que a limpeza só é feita a cada 3 dias, e se o hóspede quiser arrumação diária deve pagar uma taxa extra — um absurdo para um hotel desse nível. • Experiência ruim: Encontramos a cama desarrumada, toalhas usadas não retiradas, lixo sem ser recolhido e sem reposição de papel higiênico. • Obras internas: Durante a estadia, o hotel resolveu trocar o piso da recepção e restaurante. O barulho, o pó e o cheiro de cola tornaram impossível tomar café no local, nos obrigando a sair para comer fora por três dias. Um hotel que já foi organizado e limpo agora demonstra clara degradação e má administração. Não recomendo e não pretendo retornar.

Booked this hotel as we were on a budget, i was a little worried aftwr reading a mixed bag of reviews. We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Roo. Was clean and spacious. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was amazing. It was so warm. The pool bar do lovely cocktails. Breakfast was basic, but hit the spot, ready for a day at the park. The hotel is having work done at the moment but it didnt cause any disrution to our stay, it looks lovely. We will definitely stay again.
