We arrived and checked in, we didn’t receive our free water as Hilton honors members. When we got to our room our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. It had hair in the bathtub, scum rim around the tub. When I attempted to call the front desk, no one answered the phone so I walked down. The elevator service was extremely slow so I used the stairs after a 5 min wait, the staff stated they would reduce my charge to 165.00 for the night and offered me cleaning wipes. I had cleaning wipes in my own bag so I refused theirs. My card was still charged the full price as no one was at the front desk when I left this morning and didn’t have time to wait after I had already waited on the elevator again.
