1. Confusing Two-Building Setup & Misleading Information:I was assigned to the outdated Marin Building, presented as a "two-minute walk" from the main Bay Building. In reality, it was across the street and required a shuttle. The Marin Building felt neglected and desperately needs renovation – a stark contrast to the resort experience advertised and paid for.
2. Bait-and-Switch & Forced Upgrade Fee:When I objected (as my reservation listed the main building's address), I was told I had to pay an extra $200 to move to the Bay Building. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic – charging significantly more for what should have been the standard offering.
3. Failure to Honor Reservation Details:
Even after paying the extra fee, the room provided was a duplex, not the king bed I originally booked and confirmed.
4. Unavailable Advertised Amenities:
