It’s was so awful. We were there for a night and it was not any pleasant.
First, we couldn’t get a valet right away. No one was assisting us to know that we need to get a room number first before we can valet park with one of there attendants. Then after checking in, the lady at the front desk handed me my ID and credit card. I asked for 4 key cards and she said okay. After a while I was standing there thinking she’ll hand me my keycards. She then proceed saying that she already gave it to me and I disagree. She obviously misplaced our room keys as she keeps going in and out of the office in the back and had the audacity to tell me that I must have put it in my bag. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I searched everywhere and I don’t have it - neither anyone in my family has it. Then she said “it’s fine, I’ll give you another one” and she literally gave me one key for 4 people in the room. Then it didn’t stop there, our room air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep well. I complained through Hotels.com about it since I don’t want to get out of bed and get transferred we asked for a complementary breakfast compensation for my family instead. Sharon at the desk was rude about it and she told us that we missed breakfast, which is true but she was so condescending letting us know. At check out, Sharon again was at the front desk and I handed her my keycard to check out. She just took it and walk away to assist another guest, she didn’t tell it that it’s done
