A única coisa boa do hotel é que está bem localizado. O resto, tudo muito mal. Hotel é sujo, a limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns deixam muito a desejar. O pequeno almoço cobram um valor adicional e é muito fraco. O serviço é péssimo. Recepcionista antipática, não faz nada para ajudar. Quiseram cobrar um late check-out por 1hr de atraso, mas nem sequer me avisaram… sim, estava na reserva, mas podiam lembrar. Ainda mentiu dizendo que tentaram ligar para o quarto … nem tem telefone no quarto. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto.

Definitly recommend, if you want to stay on a budget. The rooms are clean and good, nothing too fancy but it has all your basics, TV, fridge, mircowave, iron and ironing board. The location is prime because its in I-Drive and everything is within walking distance or less than a 10 minute drive. If you a south asian indian family coming to Orlando for the first time, I definitely recommend this hotel. Its really a good location and the rooms are good. When we walked inside we were slightly impressed because I have seen worse hotels but this hotel did a great job and the staff is very nice as well. Definitly recommend if your staying on a budget. This hotel is the perfect example of the saying "Not Bad". You walk in and see that it is very good for the budget and price.

Everything was ok, with one exception: Hotels.com guaranteed that no amount would be discounted on the credit card of the reservation, as I selected to pay upon arrival at the hotel, with another credit card. It happens that the Hotel decided to debit 100% of the payment to the credit card used by Hotels.com, against the selected option on the reservation and against the observation from Hotels.com saying precisely that it would not happened.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful with a big smile. Reasonably priced. Breakfast girl( don’t remember her name : so friendly and a hard working person) , she makes sure that the breakfast area clean and full, she is very attentive.

Check in was great staff was very friendly unfortunately my fiance didn't get any sleep all night because the air conditioner made a loud noise everytime the compressor turned on and continued the whole time it ran. Baby was already asleep or would have asked to change rooms.

Broken shower head, broken toilet, 1/2 of outlets in the room didn't work, had to key keycard reprogrammed 2 separate times, and the one window stayed fogged the entire week so there we never any view of any kind. I requested to have the toilet fixed (internal chain on flush handle was broken and just running water), chain and flap were replaced with wrong size, so the flap never closed and the water continuously ran. Shower head was broken and only shot out in a stream. Shower temperature was either ice cold of scolding hot, not in between. Everyone I encountered seemed nice, but the place overall is just old and poorly maintained.

Too much to address on this platform. It was dirty, mattress was wet from the top sheets, thru the mattress protector, to the mattress....it appeared to be bodily fluid of some sort. It was disgusting.

I would never go there again.The rooms were dirty.The showers were dirty.There must have been a quarter inch of dust on the pictures.The room smelt like mold.It took me two hours to 2 and a 1/2 hours to get into the room.Because there's computer system are for no compensation.I ask for any kind of compensation.They can't do anything about

I was missing the remote and the front desk promptly provided one. The shower wasn't the cleanest, hair appeared to be stuck under the shower head, and one of the sheets were stained. Once brought to the clerk's attention, it was remedied immediately. I was expecting a recently remodeled room, was disappointed with the soiled and stained carpet. We slept comfortable after adjusting the temperature in the room.
