Had a great trip! I spent five nights here for a conference and an opportunity to get back to California and see old friends. For the able-bodied, it's an easy enough walk to downtown, and for all it would be a quick ride. Taunted me with a view of one of my longtime favorite climbing spots atop the mountains. I didn't realize when I booked it, but I THINK it's now a Sonder property (apologies if I'm mistaken), and I've stayed with Sonder several times over the past year and I've been very happy. So long as you're fine being left alone and don't need room service and housekeeping each day (I don't), I think it's perfect. Not sure if it was a blip, but the pool/hot tub seemed to need upkeep when I first arrived, but upkeep happened and I very much enjoyed the hot tub, especially before heading to the airport on my final morning. My only slight complaint about my room is that, provided the curtains are open, it gets great natural light during the day but otherwise could do with additional interior lighting.
