Check-in was easy but once we got to our floor, we noticed maintenance was in the room next to ours (further down the hallway). Upon entering our room, we noticed that there was a smell coming from the bathroom and the sink was backed up with black residue all on the bottom of the bowl. The toilet also flushed so hard that water burst over the seat and onto the floor. My husband had to go back to the front desk to ask to move us. Our new room was fine, and clean, but I feel like management should be communicating to the front desk about issues they’re having.
I also feel like if your hotel has parking, it should be included in your room rate.
As far as this hotel goes, I think we can find better accommodations in the city and surrounding areas.
