When I walked into my room, the toilet was not flushed. They do not have any facilities to make teas or coffees and bottled water on the desk is 3 dollars each.

Outlets not working, leftover clothes, lumpy bed
We found outlets not working. Clithes from previous guest under bed. I guess room was not completely cleaned. Bed lumpy.

IH-Best night of the trip!
This is my new best hotel!! I loved the vibe and feel of the location. Andrew, the night desk manager, was SUPER helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, and I wish I had more time to spend there. Will definitely book again!

Beware!!! Do not stay here!!!
Worst hotel stay I've ever had. We had to change our room 4 times and ended up having to stay elsewhere. The first room had so much light that sleep was impossible. The second room had no AC. The third room smelled like pot smoke from the vents from another room nearby. The 4th room at their sister property had no blackout curtains. The staff were friendly, but I was told I would not be charged for the stay as it was so bad. This was untrue. I am now in dispute with them trying to get my money back. Truly horrible experience. Not an inexpensive hotel, I expected better.
