Filthy and no service
I stayed 6 nights 7 days not only did I request my room to be cleaned but I never got my towels that I requested to be requested to be changed and my garbage was never cleaned out. I grabbed two towels from a house keeper cart and was told not to I never received a hairdryer that I requested that I needed.

My family and I waited an hr just to check in. There seemed to be no rush from the two people running the front desk. Our rooms doors wouldn’t safety lock from the inside, the room smelled like smoke, the beds were hard as a rock, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

You get what you pay for!
Over an hour to check in, sheets has stains and holes, no coffee maker or hair dryer and no light so it was hard to find the number on the buildings. The worst part was someone entered our room at midnight. They didn't have the room as occupied so they assigned the room to someone else. The security lock on the door was broken so they were able to enter our room. As two females traveling we did not feel safe at this hotel.

Hotel horror
This hotel is so ghetto. The rooms smell like mildew. The sheets have unknown stains on them. The other half of the resort is abandoned and drug filled. Terrible place for family or anyone as a matter of fact. Do not believe anything advertised. Free breakfast is a joke. The pools are out of service. This resort should be completely closed down.

Nasty
There was no drain stop so I was unable to take a bath. So I instead took a shower and the tub backed up and filled with water as I was taking a shower. The ac screamed a loud whistle when I was on. The room was worn looking.

Do not stay here
We never made it to a room. Arrived at 1215 am and still did not have a room at 115 am. The line was at least 40-50 people deep. There were people coming to the desk to complain during this wait about no sheets, no a/c, and dirty rooms.

An Angels works at this Hotel!
I booked this room for my son in law and when I arrived I was surprised to see an Angel and yes I mean that literally I’ve known Emily since a little girl for years I use to work for her Father. After her father died she left and 1000 miles later, there she was. Her nickname growing up was Angel because everything she put her heart in it seemed as God had favor over. I do not know why she works at this hotel, her father made sure she wouldn’t have to work a day in her life. What I am sure of is that she has a purpose for being there and makes a difference for this place. She still has a light to her that’s different from the rest. So yes, I am not crazy this hotel has an Angel working for them I hope they treat her good. I will return in the summer for a family vacation and will definitely be back to make sure she is doing okay.

Poor
There was no toilet paper in the room or soap , very few towels . The resort is sad and decrepit . Check in took an hour and that was with only 4 guests in front of me , I have a reservation for next Saturday but sadly I will have to cancel
