Good location in the city. Service is good and concerning. When we arrived in the morning and was tired, the housekeeper let us staying in the apartment

This hotel is really old that we got suprised when we saw the model of the air-con. U can always find some hints at the conrner of furnitures while the room seemed to look good overall. What suprised us more was that NO free wifi was provided. The location is excellent though.

This was advertised as the penthouse- 3 bedroom with full kitchen blah blah blah. It was a great space for a three bedroom apartment but that’s where it ended. Spabath - not working (hadn’t been for awhile by the look of the bath), NO WIFI at all, 3 bowls and odd assortment of crockery, light globs blown or missing (big like the service and manager!!!) gas stove top not working and leaking gas that meant flare ups would occur when gas got to the one element that would ignite- fire hazard and scary dangerous!!! The dryer had more hair in it and wrapped around the filter than I have on my head - it made me gag to see. There was also a very large gap between the floor and the wall in the main bedroom that appeared to be wet and possibly why the spa bath wasn’t working. My feet were blacker from walking bare foot on the carpet than being at the F1 races all day in the dust - and mud! Besides being on the top of the building there was NOTHING penthouse about this apartment. Oh and it wasn’t even the building on the map it was a different place around the corner from the check in building!!!!

The plastic nobs had been melted and there was some sort of residue on the side
Seriously… 3 bedrooms / 6 people …. Shared glass and plate anyone!!!

Amazing location in the heart of Melbourne. Room was very dated though and the carpet felt greasy. It was perfect though for our trip as we didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the room. The kitchen was really good.

J'ai réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes mais tous les équipements (lit, couverts, linge) n'étaient que pour 2. Il n'y avait qu'une fenêtre mal placé (dans un coin du salon) qui n'apportait aucune lumière. Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain et un couloir prenait 1/3 de la taille de l'appartement). Le lit était inconfortable, nous avons passé 2 nuits pas reposantes du tout.

The apartment is roomy and clean. The kitchen was okay, but the cooking utensils were not very clean. The window cannot be opened to let in fresh air. There as slight sewage smell in the bathroom. It is suitable for an overnight stay but could benefit from fresh paint and a better mattress
