I know we’re seeing our way out of a pandemic but it would be nice to know there would be a liability waiver that needs to be signed in order to stay at this hotel at the time of booking. Turns out this hotel is under contract with the city of Elmhurst to house COVID-19 patients and you have to sign a waiver that the hotel is not at fault if you get sick… First room reeked of cigarette smoke, so we asked for a new room. They offered us a second story room and then told us that there’s no elevator… two trips later, we made it up to the room. Comfortable, nothing fancy. Bathrooms need updating but nothing crazy going on there. Toilet was super low to the ground. Odd but manageable.

We actually had 2 friends who were having 2 different parties at this hotel...So we had friends book out lots of rooms on first an second floors..We had some joined rooms an some suits also.. the only complaints that we had is one of the joining rooms was giving away before we got there and they end up giving the birthday guy a joining room on the second floor next to someone who was complaining about the music on a Saturday which made us have to turn the music down on a Saturday night on his birthday which was upsetting because we weren't supposed to be in that room to start with... The next complaint is there is no elevator so lugging lots of luggage back and forth up and down up those stairs was crazy and the third thing was the smell of the carpet you can tell they tried to clean it but it is obvious they need to change their carpet in that hotel... Their rooms were clean an comfortable an the staff was nice...

The place was semi clean. There was mask left from the previous person that stayed in the drawers. The carpet was not vacuumed there was food crumbs all over.

I booked this hotel for the purpose of using the pool. Which I wasn't allowed to use. The restaurant was closed my entire stay. As well as the bar and the fitness center. Basically all the amenities which I paid good money for I wasn't allowed to use. I called when I booked and was assured I'd be able to use the pool. Only to find out when I checked in. I couldn't use any of the amenities. The room was uncomfortable and not well kept. The staff seemed upset at even a mere question let alone doing something. Also this place has bed bugs don't go here. I would never recommend this place or return.

Every stay is better than the last. The rooms are always clean and sanitized. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always friendly and very helpful. I can't wait until my next visit.
