The front desk staff was rude, argued about giving me a receipt. The room was only cleaned once in our 4 night stay and that was only because I called and complained. Multiple bugs (roaches/moths/gnats) were found and killed in the room. Basic things like towels and toilet paper were not chanhed ir resupplied without asking the front desk and even then they made it seem like a huge inconvenience. I'm assuming someone that was a manager was the person that came by the room to ask what the issues were only after I filed a formal complaint with the red roof corporate office. He stated they could not move me due to them being solid booked. Even after all of that, the only thing that was done was they refunded my deposit and acted as if I should be grateful I got that money back. The corporate office offered me travel points in a small amount that I refused as I never intend on staying at a red roof again. Pictures dont match rooms, towels were thing, barely covered my childs body, thin and didnt dry anything. Sheets were never changed, carpet was sticky/gummy feeling, people in parking lot grilling every day and smell of weed everywhere even in a non smoking area. Room itself was run down, not upgraded and had hair painted onto the door. They didnt even clean before "remodeling". This is in a nice area, not sure why the hotel is so bad. It is also labeled as a "plus" and it was less than a standard red roof. Skip and stay somewhere else. The location is amazing but not worth it.
