A gem by the Arctic Sea
Wonderful place by the Arctic Sea. Very good beds, lots of space in the apartment and good kitchen to prepare meals. Our host was more than helpful and made our stay unforgettable.

Not accurately represented and allegedly closing
Apartment is pretty, as per the pictures. Unfortunately there is zero noise insulation and you simply cannot be here and relax due to people in the other units coming and going day and night, the latter for northern light trips. There is zero on site support, despite advertising front desk being open during the day. Even before the trip we couldn't get hold of the manager and neither could Hotels.com. No info provided. The manager is slow to get back to any text and doesn't answer his phone. He tried to justify this with the fact he is doing another job. That may be the case but surely he has to give priority to guests. We took up our issues the first night with Hotels.com who again couldn't contact the manager. When he finally became available and spoke to the owner they agreed to refund the whole stay and we left after one night. That's hardly a good thing as we then had to find alternative accomodation but at least the owner took action. I would advise anyone with a booking here to consider staying somewhere else where you can relax, have some peace and quiet and also have some form of present management for any questions or concerns.

Die Kommunikation mit Sofian war super einfach und freundlich. Er war jeder Zeit gut erreichbar wenn ein Problem auftauchte und half rasch. In der Küche hätte es etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung und der Sauna aus war einfach traumhaft. An den ersten beiden Abenden und Nächten konnten wir wunderschöne Nordlichter von der Terasse aus sehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Leider sehr ringhörig. Wir hatten zum Glück nur eine Nacht jemand in der Wohnung oben drüber.

The apartment was clean, with a very comfortable living room and kitchen. The apartment had bedding, towels and the owner brought us drinking water separately. We had a conversation with the owner using Google Translate, which went well.

What a beautiful apartment and the views are incredible! The host is very helpful and we had great conversations with him. The sauna was really nice to enjoy on a rainy day. It's very close to Tromsø so it was a perfect place for us to stay for the night.

One of the best hotel experience and the best CEO
Our Buvik Sea Lodge experience was perfect. Espen Bystad offered all facilities we needed. He is the best hotel CEO I have ever met. Humanity is the foremost in his character. We could not forget his surprises. After completing our trip, we heard that Turkiye hit by two powerful earthquakes. Espen wrote to my husband and expressed condolences. It is very kind human behaviour.

Best place to stay in Tromso, the place is very cosy with a stunning sea view straight out from the living room. The host is amazing, welcomed us so warmly and made us feel home directly. We ll be back and i definitely recommend it

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und einfach schick. Und man ist weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Alles in allem kann man nur Danke sagen und vielleicht bis auf wiedersehen.

Fint inne, men det kunne med fordel ha vært ryddet opp ute. Stor veranda med flott utsikt, men verandagulv og handlist på gelender burde vært malt/beiset. Dessuten manglet spisebord og egnet grill på verandaen.
