地點好，服務親切

服務很好也很親切，隨時連絡櫃台隨時就把所需東西送來。飯店就可走到湖邊，旁邊還有一個花園。離公車站很近，一般當地行程也都可以直接到飯店接送，地點相當方便。

位置比较好，步行几分钟就可以到镇中心。皇后镇不大，就算走到sky line也不算远。离公交车站100米以内，不管去cardrona滑雪场还是机场，都很方便，不用打车哦。（如果是去cardrona滑雪，预约bus需要选择，）干净。早餐比起国内同等级酒店算不上丰盛，但价格合理。

員工服務態度誠懇友善、酒店提供多元化設施、房間整潔舒適、位置方便。靠近市集中心及觀光景點skyline, 步行亦只不過半小時左右。

很不錯的住宿經驗唷！

湖景房很棒，床很舒適。附近就有皇后鎮的巴士站，所以從機場過去，或是到箭鎮往返都方便，旁邊走一下就到Queenstown Garden，走到鎮上最熱鬧那一區也不到10分鐘，唯一美中不足就是隔音稍差。

In front of Lake Wakatipu, nearby bus station get to/from airport, there is free space to parking. Very good condition and experience enjoying our five days in Queenstown

Clean room. Comfortable bed.Spa room shabby and flooded floor with no changing facilities eg bench/ clothes hooks. Tub in good condition. Water good temperature.

Great location and nice staff

Great location, it was clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. The bed was super comfortable, perfect location. The room was just a bit tired, the hotel just needs some minor renovations. It was worth the money we paid for during a long weekend.

Room was pretty nice, but we had an issue with the fan in the bathroom, it would not go off, so we called reception and the guy said it will go off after 10 minutes or so, but it did not go off, so we spoke to reception again and the guy said nothing he can do as he was on his own and basically refused to come to the room, we finally got to sleep after a few hours but it stayed on all night, we can out of our room and the electrician onsite was there dnd we told him and he said he would make note of it, then as we went to the next level the housekeeping manager was there and we mentioned to him and he said I bet that was a pain, he said speak with the duty manager who was on reception and she basically said they are on all night, some are louder than others, we don’t know which ones are louder, we mentioned that we had spoken to the guy on reception the night before and that he would not come down to our room and she even said he was not on his own do could have popped to our room, basically it seems nobody knows that the fans are on all night, the staff will not come and help and refuse to come and help, they lie and say they are on there own to get out of coming, and after telling the lady duty manager all this she really did not want to know, she gave us an very lose apology and that was it, didn’t care that the staff had lied to us, I stay in loads of hotels every year and we were looking forward to a night here, if loud fans affect you sleeping do not stop here please!!
