Rude Front Desk Attendant
The front desk attendant was very rude. I booked an accessible room and was placed in a room on the sixth floor with no elevator. When I mentioned this to the front desk attendant she cursed at me and told me she didn’t care about my disability. The next day my key stop working. The same front desk attendant snatched the key from me then told me to get the Explicit term on. I mentioned to the front desk attendant that I’d like to speak to her supervisor and the front desk attendant told me to get the explicit curse on.

Disappointing
The room and the view was nothing like the website pictures. Stairs super dirty. Room doors dirty. Toilet was not cleaned at all. Overall it was a disappointment especially for the price that was paid. It wasn’t worth it not even for the location.

Low expectations still disappointed.
We had to be switched rooms when we first got there.. AC inoperable, and rotting bathroom door broken off the hinge. Went to a second room, AC also didn’t work, strong mold smell. Went to a third room, AC worked, smelled like mold as well, water on the floor by the AC - we were tired, it was storming, we said fine. Woke up to all our stuff wet because rainwater started coming in thru the floor at some point in the night - had to leave, couldn’t do it. Didn’t even bother calling the front desk just abandoned the rest of our stay. The place is beyond help. It needs to be torn down. Huge, huge shame.

Looked like dogs lived there.
Looked like dogs lived in it. Room was dirty the chair looked like dogs attacked it. Curtains were ripped. We couldn’t stay there. Had to go get another room in another hotel. They said they couldn’t give me a refund. I will never stay there again.

Nasty, disgusting, dirty, Awful , unsanitary, mold
The room Was disgusting!! I will probably never use hotel.com because what I know is you all do not check your rooms and to charge me almost $100 for a disgusting room. I was appalled. I’m on vacation about to take a cruise. I had to leave the room after 15 minutes and go buy another room that was more than that was about the same amount in that room And it was five times better !! I’m extremely upset and disappointed. The room was absolutely nasty.

Il motel è grande con camere spaziose anche se decadenti, come nel suo complesso tutto il complesso. Ad accoglierci in camera c'è un interessante odore di muffa e la tranquilla presenza di un piccolo animale in bagno. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. La connessione wifi è scadente. Unica nota positiva è la cortesia alla reception. La colazione sufficiente rispetto al complesso nel suo insieme.

The front desk employee was friendly. Besides that I would not recommend this property to anyone. Other guests were very loud sitting on the stairwell drinking alcohol using profanity I brought it to the front desk employees attention he said if it continued that he would move me to another room.

I rarely ever leave a review, but I do often use them, so I felt I absolutely had to leave one for this hotel. Wow! Would not recommend staying here. The staff was really great, the breakfast area was well maintained and clean, but the room was awful!!! I am not a picky person, but this place was disgusting. The chair in the room had white splotches of something (I don't want to think what), the room and bathroom/tub/shower needed a lot of maintenance, the area to hang clothing was hanging off the wall, it was a wood laminate floor and when my husband got in the shower, his feet made muddy marks in the tub from walking on the floors. It was a nice location to the main street in town (about 3 blocks), the check in desk employee was great, the breakfast area seemed like it got all the attention as it was nicely done, decent food, and a very nice lady that took care of it. Would not recommend staying here just for the dirty feeling of the rooms and how in disrepair they seemed.

One and Done
I had to reinforce my door with the chair because it could be kicked in easily. I chose this location because of the close proximity to Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Will I revisit? No, because of the sketchy inhabitants, the outdated rooms and analog TV.

Firstly entrance to car park was not clear, took awhile to find it. Check it wasn’t too welcoming, the whole block didn’t make you feel safe. When entering the room none of the lights work, only one lamp and thankfully the bathroom light and water worked, everything felt a bit sticky and dirty, didn’t want to touch anything, however I can appreciate the bed and towels being clean. The door couldn’t lock, so felt unsafe.

The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor. The deadbolt broken on door. It was dirty around the property. The tv and remote didn’t work. This place is awful to be considered as historic downtown Mobile.

Myself and 2 other girls were traveling for an event. The staff that checked us in was nice and professional, but the whole place looked sketchy, we passed a door with a sticky note that had the room number because the actual number was missing, there was trash piled by the ice machine, the elevator had a huge puddle of mysterious liquid on the floor, the whole door knob and lock was missing from the room next to ours and appeared as if it had been broken off by force, our room appeared fairly clean but thematresses were questionable, the office chair had unknown stains all over it. We did not feel safe so we left and booked at a different hotel.
