We didn’t stay there and I’m waiting for my refund. A late flight and delay in our rental car caused us to arrive super late. Upon arriving manager on site was watching tv and told us we were “kicked out” because we arrived past checkin time even though we were paid. There information does not have checkin hours only after 3pm. Horrible experience

Just ok
Air condition did not work well but it was fairly comfortable. The hotel was ok for the price. Would probably not stay there again.

reservation problem
Booked twin beds through Hotels.com. Got to site , given one king size and desk clerk said no 2-bed rooms available. Said third party app "must have screwed up". Never had this problem before.

The staff from check-in to janitorial was amazing!!! Every employee encountered deserves 5 stars. The grounds/building itself was not in the best condition. The entrance door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in once upon a time. The tile in the tub was peeling, and the refrigerator could stand some tlc.

A complete disaster
We booked 2 queen rooms. We paid and then they said when we arrived, they only had 1 room available. So my kids had to stay in a separate hotel down the road making our check in a nightmare. It hasnever happened before or since. We would like a credit from Hotels.com for the inconvenience. We were in town for a convention and this reservation mishap caused us to be in an unnecessary time crunch. Again, i expect a credit for a room in the future. Good price; great staff!
The room was large and very clean. Because I have some physical limitations, I was extremely pleased to see that there were more "grab bars" in the bathroom than usual.
All of the staff that I met were both friendly and helpful.
Kudos to the night manager--who ALWAYS appeared to be on duty--and who, with a smile on her face, never seemed to be irritated when asked to "re-code" my key because I couldn't keep from slipping my room key into the same pocket in which I carried my billfold . . . which has a magnet in it. (Apparently codes and magnets do not play well together.)
I had never stayed at this particular motel, but should I need return to Indianapolis, I'd gladly book a room here.

Worst hotel this hotel needs to be demolished
This property is falling apart the room smell like cigarettes, and the furniture and cabinets in the kitchen and the living room and the bedroom are falling apart and warped. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub has chipped paint and chipped glaze it cut my foot. They will give you a foot mat at the front desk, but that means they’re admitting that the bathroom is unacceptable and that the tub is disgusting.
They have terrible customer service. They don’t care about your complaints and they stand there and lie in your face and say that they’re going to move to another room and then don’t even bother calling you all day to move you to that new room and then someone else will tell you that you never should’ve been told that you were gonna be moved to a room. Even though you just checked into the hotel, you’re not considered important. They only care about other people that may need to check in that day, even though you were put in a disgusting nasty room.
They did not give me enough toilet paper in the bathroom and they charge you a deposit that will never be returned. It’s $100 per room. The phones in the rooms do not work appropriately and the cords are broken so they keep popping out of the receiver every time you pick it up.
They say on their profile that they give breakfast but they do not. It is just coffee and it ends at 9:30. They might give you one bagel, but it is not a sufficient breakfast.
