Really unhappy and disappointed
We had to come to town for my husband to have surgery. we chose extended stay because it was close to the hospital and it had a kitchen. There was not any amenities in the kitchen it cost $20 for one set of silverware, large plate, bowl, mug and cup. We were also charged for our emotional support dog. This was an extra $85 in "hidden" charges that we did not have! Very disappointed. we have never had a more upsetting stay with a Hilton hotel. Honestly My husband would have had a more comfortable stay recuperating from his surgery and we would have saved money staying at a motel 6!

I booked for the night to stay close to work while I am on call, knowing there were freeway closures and since I live 40 min away this was my plan. I arrived after my shift to rest a bit before my next but lobby was closed and I was unable to check in. I called for help and got a supper rude lady on the phone that said my reservation was cancelled for no show!!! I was tired and no longer able to drive home. I had to book a room at a near hotel for twice the amount

The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean. But when I asked for extra pillows, I was told they don’t have any. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows. I then explained to them that I needed to get a different remote for the television because the remote wouldn’t work and the front desk person didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. She kept telling me to push buttons on my remote that didn’t exist based on what the TV was supposed to be doing.All of the drawers in the room were broken, and the light switches didn’t do what you expected them to do. They’re also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner available And only one bar of soap. So if we had accidentally forgotten toiletries, we would’ve been out of luck. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything I just don’t understand the lack of extra supplies available to people. There were two pillows in my room that were almost as flat as pancakes and the room is supposed to sleep four people. How are they not four pillows for a room that sleeps for people? This is not a hotel that we will be staying at anytime soon.

Was supposed to get a king size bed, Checked in and got a double bed with a real uncomfortable sofa bed that didnt even have bedding. No coffee maker, had soap but no shampoo. Was not impressed at all. When i book a room on hotels. Com i expect what they advertise

Good basic deal.
Property has been refurbished and they did a good job. It had what we needed. They advertised breakfast on their listing, but it was not available. Good deal for the price.
