Health risk! I will not be coming back.
First I want to say I was catfish by there pictures and reviews. Those pictures had to be taken 10 to15 years ago. First walking in they had a broken door so it was open to outside everyday and night. Once I checked in the elevators gave it away with black grime in the corners and floor. My room wasn’t as bad as my friends that also stayed there that had a moldy smell but as I walked into my room there were 2 stains on the floor one was black the other was white. TV was old and about to go out as the screen had a greenish lines around the people on the screen. Corners in the bathroom again had grime and the paint on the ceiling was chipping. The vent in the bathroom looked black and gross. Lastly the pool canopies were all ripped up and the roof had dirt and mold clearly on top.

Uncomfortable stay
Hotel was run down, definitely needs a good cleaning and updated ceiling tiles and light fixtures, they are moldy, dirty and falling down. Our room smelled like mold or wet dog. The sconce in our room was loose and we could see the wiring. Our shower only ran HOT and the drain plug was not attached. Also, our shower had hair left from a prior guest. Lastly our tv was broken and we were never able to get ahold of hotel staff to fix any issues or change rooms. At check in the staff was not very friendly, check in is located across the hotel from parking so not convenient. They are behind a large plexiglass window so it is hard to hear them. When checking out the clerk was watching tv and did not notice us or hear us trying to get his attention so we sat there for a few minutes. It was just odd service overall. We did not expecting a 5 star hotel stay at the price, however we did expect a clean and functional room.

Property okay
Hotel is okay. Dated. Can’t park in front where lobby is. Have to park on the side and then walk down the hall to the lobby. We got there around 2:00. The lady at the desk wouldn’t even consider an hour early check in. She would only say ‘check in is at 3:00. Not many people staying that night as the parking lot had maybe ten cars all night. Pool was not heated so we went in the hot tub. The metal handrail was rusted in the water. Just didn’t feel clean. Note that there is a $100 hold on credit card.

Older hotel
Photos aren’t accurate description of the hotel . It’s much older than the photos appear. Staff was friendly and was clean but definitely in need of remodeling. There was no iron or microwave in the room. Our room was clean but carpet had iron stains burned in and very dated and pretty gross . The tv in our room was tiny . Restaurant and bar closed in the hotel was closed so that was disappointing .

A Quiet treasure!
Great stay, close to the parks and shopping. Our room was clean and very spacious. The cleaning staff noticed we needed more garbage can liners and gave us extras after they cleaned the room. Staff was so thoughtful and kind! Would stay here again!

Pool help
The rooms are comfortable and clean, but their amenities definitely needs work. I go there often and that pool has been dirty for a long time. It looks like a swamp. They have a very nice outside/pool area, it’s a shame this is not taken care of.

It's okay.
The hotel is old overall and the room I stayed in needed some updating/maintenance. Linens seemed to be lower quality and older, but they were clean. Pool area is nice, general maintenance is needed. Would be really nice if they had more than 8 pool loungers. I came in winter so no one was at the pool. In summer when it's hot, seating would be an issue. I don't need fancy places, just a clean place to stay and a decent bed. The bed wasn't bad. I'd stay again.

Poor quality
The hotel looked nice except when walking through the hallways it stinks. The back automatic doors don’t work which is dangerous. The hotel seems very outdated, carpets and furniture stained and very old, we got locked out once that has never happened to us before. The walk into the hotel from the parking lot was like a hike since part of it was flooded at one point. I would say you get what you pay for, but this was a little on the low end even for the price so I would say it was unfairly priced with the quality.

Not the best stay
The main level was good and clean. The room was ok but had ants. Had to clean the night tables and bathroom counter myself. The hallway on third floor was dirty and some either spilled something or water leaked in the hallway on the carpet and it smelled bad for several days and people had to put a towel at the bottom of the doorway to keep the smell out. Can be a great place with some better maintenance and cleaning.

Not a pleasant stay
Won't ever stay at this establishment ever again. Although the room was doable for one night, the hotel was very dingy. The shower barely worked, the refrigerator in the room was not cold and the hotel lacked comfort and cleanliness! Even though we paid for the room in advance, they still charge you a $100 which I'm hoping will be refunded sooner then later but the hotel states about 5-7 days.
