Great experience at Marriott Springhill Suites
Really friendly and efficient staff that helped the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Hotel room is nice and clean. Nothing to complaint with this level of charge. If really want to be picky, I found the sound from corridor could be heard easily. Also, some guys were drinking and talking (loudly) in the parking lot.

Mold!!
There was mold in the shower and the wall next to the tub was coming off. There was spittle behind the bathroom sink and the blow dryer didnt work. Reservations were for two nights, and the key cards didnt work on the second night. My door was open when i tried my key card on the second night. In all fairness. There was a lot of construction going on and they were shutting down the day after we checked out.

Worst Marriot I have ever stayed in. Didn't know they were under renovation when I booked. The building and neighborhood is not welcoming at all. Stains on the carpet, sink didn't work, rust in mini fridge and on bathtub, had an odor that was making my head hurt. Only stayed for 3 hours of my 5 night. Front desk staff was nice though. As a Bonvoy rewards member and a human being, I was disgusted with this hotel. I DO NOT recommend anyone stays here.

There was no indication when booking online that the property was under construction. When we arrived there were dumpsters in front of the property and the building looked like it was falling apart on the outside and no sign that said we’re open, pardon the construction. Then we find out the televisions aren’t working in the entire building. We would have never booked if we would’ve known the conditions.

The hotel was unfortunately in very poor condition, not at all like what the pictures looked like. The sofa in the room had a bunch of stains on it, like it was dusty and hadn't been vacuumed. The shower had black mold in it, and the shower curtain was torn.

Worst experience we ever had, hotel was under a major construction which is not stated when booked! Ceiling falling above the bathtub and black mold everywhere!
