Place was fine. It was kind of expensive for how cheap the bed and all the furnishings were. This seems like a place better suited for younger people who prioritize proximity over comfort. I would have been better off in a traditional hotel.The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was only one towel in the whole place. The digital concierge was useless. The smoke detector beeped all weekend. I kept putting in maintenance requests but no one was available until Monday to fix it. I would have done it myself but a ladder was needed. The area is great. We stayed there for a reason. The apartment was walkable to the restaurants and breweries we like to visit in Denver.

Good choice if you like a Severance/Black Mirror vibe, unmanned property, door code access only, no service or cleaning, DIY dishes and laundry. If you are good with that, also consider the building has been updated but still has the original wood construction so hope you are the first one up in the morning and pray you don’t have people coming in late at night or partying. Otherwise super!

Denver weekend

The room was clean andnthere is plenty of space. The kitchen is well-eqqipped. The shower door handle is broken and the shower door won't close, sonwater leaksnonto the floor. Also, the room had a funny smel that was very noticeable when you entered the apartment. The place is in a great area with lots of good restaurants and walking distance to downtown, Coors Field, and Mile-High Stadium.

Traveler Beware - Not As Great As It Seems

First of all, the pictures are slightly misleading, as the apartment looked nothing like this. However, I'll list the good first - it was perfectly clean and perfectly adequate lodging. There was space for my bags, plenty of light and the AC worked great. Now, for the bad and unacceptable. The instructions that were sent at the time of check-in were the first indication that there is NO PARKING at this property. There is also no parking structure nearby; the instructions state that you'll need to find on-street parking, and pay attention to restrictions on the streets. (For example, the one place I found parking initially was the side of the street where I had to move the next day from 8 am to 5 pm for street sweeping.) I was able to park temporarily to bring my bags inside, where I discovered that there is no elevator in the building. I had to lug my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs to the second level. The final straw (and vacation-ruiner) was when I went to lock the door to leave (a keypad-type lock) and the lock would not engage, no matter what I tried. There was a 24/7 contact right there on the door, which I messaged immediately. However, no one ever got back to me, despite me trying multiple times during my two-night stay. I could lock the door from the inside, which I did, but leaving would mean all of my items would be at risk of being stolen. So rather than enjoy Denver, I ended up locked in my room waiting for a response that never came. Do Not Recommend.

Weird concept.

They really need to find a better way to communicate. This is somewhat of an apartment building that the hotel group took over and converted into reception free hotels. So they send you an entry code the day before and with that you can access the downstairs door and the other code for the door. Walls are super thin. I could hear the person next door walk into the shower. The kitchen is useless IMO and I would not want to stay there for longer than the night that I did. I think the concept is cheap while the room rate is not.

Code to the building not working - Disappointing

The property and room were clean! The main problem was I was given a code to enter into the building but did not work for the 3 days I stayed there! First time I called them the person that answered me was at a location with serious background noise to the extent that I told him I could not hear all he was saying because of the background noise! He was not helpful and for the 3 days I had to rely on the mercies of occupants of the apartments to let me in under their suspicious eyes! One of them even helped to put in the code! Was expecting the company to send me a workable code but they never did!

Decent but with noise and external light issues

This particular room was on the bottom floor next to the entrance door and the door to the stairs both of which are loud (they provide ear plugs next to the bed). The blinds are generally good except at night where light from the street shines through the sides. Overall fine for me but it you're a light sleeper or need it to be very dark this is not the place for you

Nice stay. The room is very small and they do not provide nice amenities. Bring your own TP, laundry detergent, and soap. Location is wonderful. Basically a hotel room.

Sonder needs to communicate better

Sonder was a nice place to stay but getting the access codes to get in was a nightmare. Sonder did not help with anything. There lack of communication made me not even want to stay there.

Upon arrival I was unable to enter the front door, where upon I contacted headquarters for the passcode. Then at the assigned room I was unable to key enter and needed to call again. I was informed that the company had been transferred to Marriott and there were complications with the computer system. I was given help who used his computer to override the system. When I left the room I made a quick return but was unable to get in the front door. Two others arrived by Uber and neither were able to enter, so again I called headquarters, quite frustrated at this point, and they gave me the combination for the lock-box. I continued to use the key for the reminder of the visit. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

The property inside was run down, not as described, and did not match the cost I paid per night. The AC was cracked, you could not run the washer/dryer while watching the TV or having the lights on. This was not up to the same standard as a Marriott. In short I was highly dissapointed.
