I did the preregistration and was for nothing I had to do again onsite they said they didn’t receive it but I was charged dollar to make sure my card was valid for the preregistration.

It was alright

Glad i upgraded to king size beds, but...

Tub leaked water entire stay & maintence never sent to fix it. 2 lamps next to beds but only 1 had a bulb and never received a replacement bulb. Neither lamp had a shade. Tv & internet went out for about 2 hours.

Disappointed

The staff that worked the morning of our check-in was amazing and friendly and was able to check-in early. Had the back gate closed so only could turn onto Rosecrans which took longer to get places. Asked staff the second day for a list of close by restaurants and was told to look at the stand next to desk (only had sightseeing brochures). Asked if they had any flyers or booklets on homes for sale, the lady had no clue and couldn’t tell me closest Realtor. The tub dripped even when turned completely off, dust on top of switches and hair on wall of bathroom. Paid extra for late check-out 1pm (attended Marine Corps graduation for son) got to room at 12:20 pm and key card did not work.

Centrally located to noise

Booked the room to be close to my dughters prom in san diego. The hotel offered smoke free rooms, but upon entering the room it smelled heavily of smoke and had visible burn marks on the walls. Asked for another room, this one smelled moldy

Great location for SeaWorld & Old Town San Diego!

Hotel is ok. check in and out was easy. The write ups from other people about breakfast was just wrong! Breakfast was not fantastic. The only hot items are waffles and 2 toasters. The only eggs they have are hard boiled. And the table area is so tiny. Literally people were standing waiting for a place to down and when you did sit down you're literally were chair to chair. We did not go in the pool because it was really dirty. The main thing the place has is a location. We were 5 minutes to both SeaWorld and Old Town. We had two rooms for two nights and one of the room was really moldy and the air conditioner didn't work. The front desk staff was friendly and was very easy to move to another room.

I arrived to the property and the first thing I noticed was the uncleanliness of the area. Trash in the parking lot and smelled like pee near the staircase. I checked into my room and the first thing I noticed was the smell of smoke in a non smoking room. That wasn’t a big deal until I went and seen the toilet was clogged up. Called the front desk and got switched to a new room and that room had the same smoke smell. None of the outlets could hold a phone charger they were so loose so could only charge one device at a time in the one outlet that was secure enough in the bathroom. Wake up for the breakfast in the morning and all they have is a waffle maker, some cereal, bagel and toast.

The pictures are not up to date. The doors where so hard to open our handle looked like it was about to break off. The beds are not comfortable. The hotel is out dated in general.

O hotel no geral é muito bom. O único problema que tive foi com relação ao barulho dos vizinhos. Como as paredes deixam passar o som, eu tive dificuldades para dormir em função do barulho dos vizinhos.

Needs improvement

We came to San Diego for a medical appointment in tijuana. We booked the hotel knowing it had low reviews. The two main problems were: 1, so many coats of paint on the door it was impossible to open without putting full force into and 2. The TV /Internet sucked. Not a clear picture the whole time we were here. The staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful, the hotel just needs an update.
