Overall I wasn’t happy with my stay at Springhill Suites. Dryer broke down, 3 red spots on carpet in the room, shower rod coming out the wall, tub stopper broken off to the side & the phone in my room never worked so if something happen I couldn’t call the front desk. Male at the front desk when I checked I told him I didn’t want any room service, but they came in my room when I wasn’t there. None of the room had DO NOT DISTURB door tags. On July 10th around 9:45pm a stranger unlocks my door & came straight into my room I was so scared after a screamed they said sorry they was in wrong room. I was scared for my life. I go down to the front desk told the employee Priya that program my room to someone else and all she said was she was sorry. That is unacceptable, so on Saturday I told weekend front desk employee BJ (which is a very good employee) what happened. BJ informed me the manager would be Monday and I should talk to her. I thanked him and I called Hotel.com to complain and to be Compensated for my room. Then on Sunday I told BJ that I didn’t want any room service he wrote it down & said no one will go in your room. When we came back and went to my room I noticed that trashed was empty & I had new towels. Now I’m pissed went to the front tell BJ housekeeping came in my room. He’s upset called for the housekeeping supervisor that doesn’t speak English had to use an app to translate what was said. She said no one came in the room. A mess, I just want to be Compensated!
