The location is great, I thought I could have been a cleaner meaning there were things that was not wipe down which looks like they have not wipe down in months. I had to get my room clean & this was after 5:30. I was not given items for coffee. I had to keep asking for more towels/wash cloths for the amount of people within the stay.

They had a small store but every time I walked by it it seemed to be closed there were no hours for it. The bathroom had seen better days the bottom of the door inside was chipping. GREAT customer service and staff

The customer service was top notch by all the staff we encountered and dealt with. We were overall very happy with our stay. We went to CT, sadly, for a funeral. Knowing that, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and comfort us however they could.
