Our stay at Puente Romano was absolutely amazing. The staff were exceptional, and the food was incredibly fresh—especially the breakfast buffet, which quickly became our favorite. We can’t wait to return!

Dålig service och alldeles för dyrt..

Vi betalade för dyraste rummet på hotellet, imperial suite, men fick inga solstolar vid poolen en enda dag, och det var svårt att få solstol på stranden. Hotellet uppger att de endast har 200 stolar för 800 gäster. Roomservice dök upp med champagne en timme försent vid beställning… och så vidare…

Dirty

Extremely dirty in the room. Found an old used toothpick in our bathroom And leftover garbage in one of the closets Had room service and they left the food and plates that was not eaten outside in 30 degree celsius of our entrance door for 24 hours before we had to ask them to move it.

All in all, it was a good stay lots for the kids to do very kid friendly. Besides the fact you can’t take your kids to dinner in most restaurants after 730. Beach was OK upgrades are charged. Breakfast was good. A little bit busy all in all eight out of 10.
