It was okay clean. Dusty and it need update on the hotel rooms. Bathroom need update and cleaned up better. In the morning it sound like a bird was in the room or stuck in the walls or window

Lots of hiden fees, The AC did not work well. Walls are thin and the couple next door talked all night. Just overall not great condition. There are nicer places for your money.

The upsell u at every step, had to pay 14$ to park, 28$ for breakfast, advertisement did not conveniently omitted that. Old rooms, need remodel , tv doesn’t work idk why this has as many stars on Hcom

We arrived at the hotel after traveling for almost 9 hours. We checked in and despite my timely booking for 2 rooms-we were placed on different floors from our granddaughter and her son. They stated that they could not acomodate our request to be on the same floor as they were full. So-unhappily we just checked in and went to our rooms. Sadly our room key worked but my granddaughter's did not. She went back down to get the key fixed-came back and 2nd key still didn't work. Mainteniance was called and he worked on the lock and stated it was not a quick fix. Meanwhile our family was standing outside their room with luggage etc around them. The lady at front desk kept stating no room available! After a long while they did "find" a room across hall from original room. We were all hot-tired and needless to say irritated by this time. The man sent to fix problem was very nice-can't say the same for the front desk older lady!

Staff was very good. Upgraded room was nice. Bogus to charge $14.00 to park in an outdoor, unsecured lot with signs that say “not responsible for vehicle damage or theft”. Found out about this charge when initializing at check in.

Not so good. First a long wait for check-in, then a SUPRISE $14 mandatory parking fee, more than a 14% increase in price - ugh!!! Never reveled during Hotels.com booking, so very disappointed in Hotels.com and Grand Vista. When check-in I asked about the location of the included breakfast, and the clerk pointed out the location. The next morning we when for the buffet, picked up some eggs, but before we could eat the waitress gave me a $32 bill. I objected, she called a manager 'Sam" who told her they have a Hotels.com booking, so NO complimentary breakfast. We just got up and left. Room was just okay so that's the highlights of our stay. Can you please get back to me on this poor experience.

Definitely needto check details for parking fee. Which should be included with room rate. Potty training toilet not high enough for 6 ft. adult. Low showerhead was a pain too.

Although The Grand Vista is somewhat dated it is always a comfortable place to stay and has just the right amount of service, friendliness and value.

Not good - they charged $ 14 to park in their open parking lot overnight - ridiculous! Hot tub jets don’t work and they almost bragged that they haven’t worked for a few years. No shampoo in bathroom. Nearby road notice very noticeable all night long. Overall disappointing experience! Definitely wouldn’t stay there again!
