墨西哥城卡米奧真實飯店 - 墨西哥城

They had someone at the door waiting with a list of names to see how many people are going to the room. They charged me $1100 extra to cause the room I have is supposedly for one person. I've never seen that in my life. I've been to many hotels and never seen anything like that. Definitely this shouldn't happen in a 5-stars hotel. This hotel shouldn't be rated as 5-stars for sure. Maybe 3 is too much for a treatment like this

La ubicación es perfecta, el check in estuvo bien pero al llegar el cuarto que nos dieron estaba muy feo y tuvimos que pedir un cambio. El segundo cuarto al que nos cambiaron estaba bien

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. (Minor disruption at present with ongoing elevator refurbishment). Rooms spacious and clean. Pool area outside was enclosed and quiet despite being in a major city location. Surrounding area is great place with the park across the road and fantastic restaurants only a short walk away. Our only minor irritation was as we were early for check in and our rooms weren’t ready we asked if we could use the pool facilities until the rooms (4) were ready only to be told no! We had to wait until we had a room key! Eventually reception relented after consultation with back office but by then the concierge had overheard and had already said ‘not a problem I can swipe you in’ Service at the pool was top notch and the gym facilities were well catered for. We will definitely be returning when we are back in Mexico City.
