Worst customer service ever - check in took very long and not only they did not setup the room according to request (which we confirmed again upon check in), missing out restaurant reservation, and disregard our requests for changing the bed sheets. We had to tell 3 employees on the requested amenities and it is only sent to the room after more than 5 hours.
Most staffs are indifferent and did not care to smile or greet. Sometimes they just ignored us.
The room is dated with conditional issue, such as bathtub leakage. Concierge does not know about the in-house restaurant offerings, and nearby restaurant either. A simple request of having a folio being sent to me had to go through like 5 rounds of email and worst of all, I still have not receive it.
Had a parcel planned to deliver to hotel during my stay but was missed due to post office, okay, that’s not your fault. But sending the parcel back to sender due to ‘miscommunication’ of your people after I have explicitly explained clearly and throughly that I would need to parcel to be send to my place, and even offered my contact in case of unclear. No one seemed to care to respond until now? Seriously?
spoken with numerous people - Celine, Suzan, Dian, Gloria, Ravneet, Aster, and Yee Wen who claimed your respective email is only for your ‘internal communication’ but not for guests, I had no choice but to resort to sharing my negative review in having your immediate attention to this matter.
