Lovely host. Beautiful property, inside and outside. Comfortable, spacious and well appointed room. Breakfast was splendid - home made cake and lots of locally sourced produce. Great location to use as a base for a visit to La Rochelle which is well worth a visit or two. Highly recommended chambre d'hote.

Peaceful and relaxing
This is a very special place to stay - the rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is not just a croissant with some jam, it is absolutely delicious and creative, lovely cheeses, tomato salads, beetroot with herbs, local meats and wonderful breads. The hosts are very warm, welcoming and helpful. There is also an adorable Labrador Retriever to greet you in the mornings. All in all a great place to stay.

Belle demeure de charme au calme tout en étant proche de la Rochelle. Très bonne base pour rayonner sur la région avec un accès facile aux voies rapides. Chambre joliment décorée, jardin spacieux avec une belle piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux offert par un couple d'hôtes très serviable et attentif. Une salle commune permet aussi de s'y restaurer (réchauffe plats seulement). Cet hébergement est en tous points recommandable.

Très belle(s) surprise(s) : accueil professionnel, gîte absolument magnifique, décoration légère et chambre confortable au RDV. Petit déjeuner copieux, un hôte respectueux de mon espace, disponible pour discuter, enfin bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les étapes imposées mais j'y reviendrai pour un séjour plus long en été, le potentiel du lieu est assez dingue...
