Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was amazing and the view fantastic. Good in room amenities but limited plates and cutlery. There was a iron, but no ironing board. Somethings were getting a little tired, but that's expected. The room service was unlike anything I've seen before - didn't make the bed but rather just pulled the sheet up over pillows and blanket so it was just a lumpy mess, took dirty towels and bath mat but didn't replace them. The experience as all a bit random and variable. Breakfast was very simple but that suits me - I prefer a bit of cereal and a slice of toast/bagel. I'd still stay here again.

This hotel was a good value but has become a bit dated. Parking is not on site but with some effort works, just hard to figure out. Some staff very helpful, some not helpful at all. Had to request room cleaning. Probably will choose a different hotel on our next visit to PR

The room was very clean and neat. The view of the room balcony was beautiful . The only problem is the walk from the parking lot to the hotel, since they use the one from paseo caribe. Everything else was really great

Check the Room

Requested change of room due to mold on ceiling and smell. Staff was accommodating. Construction going on in the area, so level of noise was unsatisfactory. Stayed one night.

Your moneys worth

Just spent 6 hours at hotel as my flight was delayed but overall had a great experience. Breakfast was basic. And toilet wasn’t flushing properly. View from 4 th breakfast balcony was spectacular

Well I read many reviews both good and bad and gave this place the benefit of the doubt. This place is very dirty. The bathroom you either got very hot water or cold water. Light bulbs didn’t work in the room. AC wasn’t working properly. Maintance came looked at it and adjusted the thermostats and said if it doesn’t cool off call back. We had already adjusted the thermostats and didn’t work properly. Super hot. Towels were dirty. Room smelled I can continu
