Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk. She asked if I had children and gave me some bits that would help them to enjoy their stay too. The room was amazing, as was the hotel. The colleagues serving breakfast were exceptional, very friendly, genuine and gave great customer service. Only criticism I had was check-in. Young man on desk was very flat and felt disinterested. He processed my check in well, but failed to mention my room numbers or which floor I was on. However, young lady on the desk when I checked out was the opposite; warm, friendly and genuine.

I was expecting a standard hotel but was very surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Apart from being clean, having parking on site and lovely restaurant, the staff made the trip! The young man on reception (I wish I remembered his name) was just lovely! Very friendly and helpful and kind. He took time to talk to me and make me feel so much better after my very long day at work. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really lovely. Helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
