The rooms weren't what I expected. They gave me a room where there was a noise from the air conditioner or the refrigerator, I don't know, but it kept me awake all night. The bed was terrible. The toilet clogged. I didn't like it. I'll return to Virginia Beach, but not to this hotel.

I have stayed at every hotel on the oceanfront in VA beach. This one is my new favorite. It is frills, no pretense but better than the hilton. they have 3 elevators and only a couple floors, unlike most the high rise hotels around here you don't have to wait 10 minutes for every trip to your room. The front desk staff was really good and everybody was very chill despite it being max capacity music festival at VA beach. This room was 1/2 the price of the Sheraton or the Marriot or the hilton and I 100 percent preferred it to all of them.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We booked last minute and checked in late but had no issues whatsoever. The room itself was clean and comfortable and we could walk out the patio door to the beach. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival from the parking lot the hotels condions were poor. Rooms on the First Level have bugs bugs and more bugs. The insects were insane. Bedding was soiled. Couldn't stay a night in the facility

To begin, the television in our room was not functioning, and we were also unable to locate a hairdryer. More concerningly, the cleanliness of our bathroom was unacceptable, as we found pubic and other hair on the shower walls. Furthermore, upon checking the bed, we discovered sand in the sheets, despite the fact that we did not visit the beach during our stay. The presence of sand strongly suggests that the bedding had not been changed after the previous guest. I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk. However, the staff member's response was simply that they would inform housekeeping, without offering any apology or further assistance. We were truly looking forward to a pleasant stay, but the condition of our room and the lack of appropriate response from the front desk were highly unsatisfactory.

This place is very dated but everthing in the room was functioning. The room could have been a little more cleaner. Overall the stay was ok. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable. It was very affordable especially for a ocean front room with a patio to enjoy.

I honestly don’t know how this is legal. It was unsafe and dangerous. Don’t cut your hand as you flush the toilet and part the sink doesn’t fully fall out. Hotels.com, please revoke allowing people to stay at this hotel.

Stay was horrible I had to keep calling because the air wasn’t working I had someone walk in on me while I was getting dressed didn’t even knock on the door the tub was clogged just a overall horrible experience
